“ Went in for an oil change on my 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport, I always went to Jiffy Lube instead, come to find out the Cherry Hill Triplex is way more affordable. I also needed a spare key reprogrammed for my child is driving now. The technician stated the key housing was damaged and there was not a solution other than to purchase a new key. Let me tell you Manager- Michael Stewart went above and beyond to help save me from having to pay more than what I had to already pay ($150). GREAT customer service is hard to find in today's marketplace. Lastly, Service Advisor, Asia William's is beyond welcoming, her genuine smile and warmth as the greeter and the 1st face customers see is greatly appreciated.
